A PHILOSOPHY
OF FUNDAMENTALS

At the center of 212° Academy is Coach John Mahoney. His decades of coaching experience — including time alongside Coach John Beilein — have shaped our philosophy, rooted in fundamentals and intentional development.

His approach is steady and clear: Teach the game the right way. Demand accountability. Develop the whole person.

That’s the core of Two Twelve culture.
